"I was charged on my credit card for a room even though I paid for it on Expedia. When I checked in, I was told that it was a hold.
When I called back, the front desk person was helpful. But the team that checked me in seems disorganized."

"Our smoke alarm began chirping at 3 am. This can be avoided with a routine maintenance schedule. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were long black hairs on my bed which is a bit off-putting. We appreciated the plant in the bathroom. A nice touch not usually found in a hotel."
