"This place is great and also close everything in hatteras. It's a very layed back and chill place. This was probably our 6th time staying here in the last 4 years. We stayed in a cabin because of the bathroom. It's spacious enough for my wife and I, and we always bring our chocolate lab. We usually stay in the spring and fall. Everytime but once we've arrived early (not extremely early) and they've usually never had an issue with going on ahead and checking us in. There was a bad Nor'easter that...

"We called ahead to ask what to bring they said it was one step above a tent, our cabin was lovely, slept four very clean had a space heater,refrigerator,ceiling fan .We brought sleeping bags and cooked on a open fire they do provide a grill and a fire pit. We were traveling with two dogs and when we arrived they had a treat bag for them .I would defiantly go back the owners are very kind we felt very safe, playground for children and trick and treating. .well worth the money much less then the...
