"The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in to get our room. Booked a double queen and instead we got a king with a roll out bed. The roll out bed was aweful, the frame was broken in the middle of the bed and the mattress sunk in. "

"In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again."

"On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options...

"The plumbing needs to be fixed, sinks leaking all the time, showers not draining, toilets not flushing properly. The chair was so dirty I didn't even want to put my luggage on it much less sit on it. The bed linens were dirty and had blood stains on them. The only good thing I have to say is the staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly!"

"Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels. The hotel wasn’t terribly filthy, but there were stains in the shower and on the carpet. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the a/c worked pretty well. The breakfast consisted of bread/bagels that didn’t seem to change from day to day, hard boiled eggs, Fruit Loops, and a waffle maker. Had the waffle maker been out...

"I reserved the hotel room for 3 nights,3 months prior to the event that was scheduled. I found out I was going to arrive late to the hotel, so I called and let them know 1 month prior that I would arrive late. I again due to work load I was going to arrive even later so I called 1 week prior to my reservation letting them know I would arrive around 2 or 3 am, 1 day prior to my arrival date I gave a courtesy call reminding them I would be arriving by 3 am. "The front desk her name was Nancy. She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. I hope our next stay has Nancy because she was just amazing! Not to mention she also gave us a night free for our next stay which was so nice of her. Thanks to Nancy our stay was wonderful!
