"Disappointing for a Marriott-branded hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean, but room was a bit worn (door to refrigerator cabinet off hinges) and needed a deep-cleaning (dirt in corners of bathroom floor, urine spots on floor near toilet). At both check-in and checkout, staff were understandably busy on computers but didn't even acknowledge my presence for some time. No microwave in room is acceptable when there's a restaurant in the hotel, but there's only a Starbucks with limited hours and...

"Upon arriving my friend's and I were already on the road for 8 hours and it was too late to book a hotel (plans got switched at last moment) and every hotel was booked so arriving at 4:00 in the morning was exhausting and super stressful.
Thankfully the staff (a wonderful woman) at the front desk was very understanding and helped us to the fullest that they could and we couldn't be happier with the service I received as well as the staff concern about my well being.

"Very rundown property. Water coming up from the tiles of my bathroom, 0 response from staff. Many things broken, 1 elevator working and slow, ice machine broken on 1st and 3rd floor, lights in hallway not working, shuttle doesn't start running till 930am so if you have a flight prior the shuttle isn't helpful, holes in ceiling, couch and mattress disgusting. Recommend you find another property."
