"Stayed just one night during a 19 hour layover. Con isn’t location in the airport and a quick cab ride to explore different parts of the city. Room was very well appointed. Loved being able to take a long bath after a long travel day. Bed was very comfy - perfect night’s sleep. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay again when in Singapore next!"

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!"

"There are nice outdoor areas, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is probably best suited for families with children. Check-in takes quite a while, mainly because the hotel is very large and has many rooms. This is also noticeable at breakfast, which can feel crowded and hectic due to the large number of families staying at the resort. For me personally, it felt a bit too much like a tourist machine. The overall atmosphere was busy, crowded, and somewhat stressful...

"Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to the MRT. We received a complimentary upgrade at check-in. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool but are returning in just 2 days after a quick visit to Bintan and plan to spend the afternoon at the pool upon arrival."

"Perfect for a stop over"

"很喜歡酒店的家庭客房，兩間獨立的房間中間的門打開後便可以相通。每間房都有各自的洗手間，很方便。 酒店的位置也很方便，步行到環球影城和水上探險樂園都只需大約15至20分鐘。 另外，酒店的服務員也很好。我們夜晚發現床單有污漬後，告訴酒店，他們很快便派服務員來幫忙換床單。 不過，我們覺得有個地方可以改善一下。服務員執房後，我們留意到洗手間的廁紙還未用完，他們已經將一卷新的廁紙放在洗手間內某個地方，但並沒有任何包裝，當洗澡完，洗手間充滿濕氣，廁紙也跟著吸收了濕氣，之後又變乾，感覺不太衛生。"

"Always a reliable option, our stay at the Fullerton Hotel did not disappoint. Our spacious room was impeccably clean and the amenities supplied were of a very high standard. The hotel is situated in a great area, not far from Marina Bay and very close to Raffles Place MRT which was super handy. The breakfast was extensive as well. Overall, a fabulous stay and will hopefully return again soon"

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...
