"A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. "

"Lovely quiet spot outside of Bellingham. Plenty of space, dog friendly with great views. Spotless accommodation, with all you need in the property including a dishwasher (which we didn’t use). I met the lady who ran the place and she was pleasant and nice. "

"Lage: Das Cottage liegt etwa 80 km vom Flughafen Newcastle entfernt – mitten im Nirgendwo, und genau das macht den Reiz aus. Absolute Ruhe, kein Licht in der Nacht – ideal für Sternenbeobachtung oder Nachtfotografie! Die Zufahrtsstraße ist eher ein Feldweg – wenn dir hier jemand entgegenkommt, wird’s spannend. Direkt unterhalb des Cottages liegt eine alte Ruine – vielleicht ehemalige Stallungen oder ein Lagerhaus? Niemand weiß es genau. Bis nach Bamburgh sind es ca. 2 km, zur Burg etwa 4 km, und...

"This place was lovely. Clean and bright. Instructions to get in and once inside were very helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the 3 bins of glass bottles, mostly alcohol bottles that were over flowing onto the ground outside the gate, in the parking lot. They were there the day we checked in , already overflowing and only got worse as we stayed for 4 days. They should look into that because otherwise this place was everything we wantes while on our vacation. Lovely!!"
