"This resort was perfect for our family! It was small enough that I felt comfortable letting our teens roam, but large enough to have enough to do. Jose had a fun list of activities each day and there was entertainment in the evenings. The meals were delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely return to visit and recommend it to others!"

I can list all the horrible things we experienced starting with their towel policy. They give you tickets for pool towels which you can only get from the front desk which is across the street from our room. "Our stay at Villas Sol was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers. At check-in we were told that the pool with the swim-up bar, jacuzzi and Spa were closed. These closures were not communicated before arrival. We booked a Premium Ocean Villa and our first room had an obstructed ocean view and rock-hard beds. Management did change our room to the correct room, after we complained. "The room was cleaned every day . The staff did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The only negative I have is the food wasn’t very good and it was over priced."

"The property offers a lot of activities so it’s convenient that way. The free breakfast is buffet and they also have dinner buffet for $30USD. Staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place if you have a big group and want to do multiple excursions in one place."
