"Overall, I will definitely come back to this location. I really enjoyed the patio area the pool area and how close the stores were. My only complaint would have to be my clogged sink in my bathroom, my dirty sheet that I asked to be changed and I was told “we don’t do that”. I had to have maintenance come upstairs and light the grill for me and the fireplace on the patio never worked, but other than that everything was great! Would most definitely come back!!"

"Location was perfect. Room was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the elevator worked no problem. The luggage storage was great to have, except our door code didn’t work before it was checkin time. We were able to get in as someone left, luckily. Otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. "Very close to Wrigley Field, easy to get to and easy in and out. Very comfortable. It's a very nice neighborhood. It would be a good place to stay for a group. With that being said, even though we had no issues you still share a bathroom with other guests. That and parking were the only downsides as far as we are concerned."
