"The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio."

"We stayed twice in a week, the first time was good, we had the room we reserved and took the shuttle to the airport. When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late. "The stay was overall okay. Not the best hotel we've stayed at. It was maintained just enough to make it seem presentable. The faucet in the bathroom sink was too close to the sink making it hard to wash our hands. The carpet was dirty. The AC was not throwing enough cold air. The walls in the bathroom had mold. Room did feel musty. Would not book here again for the price"

"Breakfast can be way better. Only had a few granola bars and coffee no juice or water for children we traveled with 2 young children and no iron in the room had to go ask for one staff friendly."

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast."
