"This was the ideal hotel. Located in the downtown area of Phoenix close to restaurants, sports venues, and other entertainment. Monica at the front desk was the most courteous and made us feel very welcome. We were provided snacks and refreshments upon arriving. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet. Slept like a baby. "I rented two rooms during my stay, and unfortunately both had significant issues. In one room, the air conditioning wasn’t working. In the other, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower didn’t work and neither room appeared to be particularly clean. After I called the front desk, we were moved to different rooms. While those rooms were an improvement, the television in one of them didn’t work. At that point, I decided to keep them because they were still better than the original...
