"The overall cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations or reflect the hotel's online ratings.
The hallways, carpets, and common areas were untidy, and the carpets inside the room were also dirty. Despite reporting this issue to your staff, no action was taken to clean them. Additionally, the elevator was broken during my stay.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the property's maintenance and service."

"Clean large room with lots of amenities. Newer hotel. Great breakfast gym and pool. Great for a trip. Easy pull up check in and luggage racks. Easy parking. Next to an upscale shopping mall and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I come back."

"The room can use a refresh. The couch had stains and the tile on the floor had cracks in the bathroom. The carpet could be replaced. The bed was missing a comforter and the light in the bedroom was broken. The AC in the bedroom ran loud and did not work as well as the living space AC. The staff was helpful and responsive. The public spaces were neat and clean. We stayed in an end unit closer to the expressway and it was a bit noisy."

"Great location downtown but for a Crown Plaza Hotel it was pretty average - felt worn, tired and old. AC shot off while we were out for the evening and room was stuffy upon return (hallway was really cold). We had to turn it off and back on again and it took a while to catch up on a hot August evening.
Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Restaurant was just worn down with peeling floor and hard chairs."
