"Host did not send any pre-details. When I finally got in touch on the mobile number they advised the property was no longer available. However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam."

"Property itself was a good sign with pretty much everything you needed. Unfortunately we found underwear on the radiator and food in the freezer, as well as a slug on the pillow so it didn't make for the best experience.
