"This was the first time I tried a non-airport hotel. My room was five times as big and cost half as much compared to an airport hotel. I was on the 7th floor and had a good view out to the golf course. I used the buffet breakfast (great), the gym (also good) and the rooftop swimming pool (fantastic). All staff were very friendly, starting with a great check-in by Chiarra. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle service. The only downsides I could see are: 1) It does take 20-30 mins to get to...

"There are nice outdoor areas, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is probably best suited for families with children. Check-in takes quite a while, mainly because the hotel is very large and has many rooms. This is also noticeable at breakfast, which can feel crowded and hectic due to the large number of families staying at the resort. For me personally, it felt a bit too much like a tourist machine. The overall atmosphere was busy, crowded, and somewhat stressful...

"We’ve stayed in a number of hotels In Singapore and this is up with the best. It’s classic, but loads of style, all of which has been modernised to a high standard. The location, staff, and breakfast are excellent. I also feel it’s very good value for money. Will stay here again."

"Beautiful Rooms and the hotel is fantastic. The only downside was the restaurants where service was poor. First night, meals (for two) came 20 minutes apart. Not fun! Second night, a $95 ribeye for two was not hot and went cold before we were half finished. Accompaniments, were stingy and also not hot enough. We felt a bit ignored as we tried to catch to attention of our server several times. Also, Happy Hour times are inconsistent throughout the restaurant. Why? Very annoying!"

"Appreciate that the room is so clean. Everything is so well thought through. From being able to charge my mobile right by the bedside to the availablity of the filtered water for drinking. Enjoyed the TWG teas. Well done Conrad. A lovely stay. Thank you."

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...

"Property seemed a little tired. Shower head and lack of hot water was an issue, but was fixed promptly when we brought it to thier attention. Lighting in the room insufficient, especially for older people with poorer eye sight. Also, it was the 1st hotel in our 4 weeks of travel not to have a TV guide facility."

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...
