"This is not our first family staycation at this hotel, as we do enjoy the general tranquility and delicious breakfast spread with the chocolate fountain. "Fairly far from changi airport. Hotel is dated and room was not clean. Not even a bottle of water offered inside the room. Airport shuttle hours start at 8 am so if you have an earlier flight you will be out of luck. Hard to hire Grab, it took a long time to get one. Staff was not very friendly. Will not stay again!"

"The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. Location is close by Changi but we found that it was not easy to get Grab. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for a grab to come to the hotel to the city central."

"Staying inside the airport was very convenient and less stress except atleast Expedia should mention that the rate goes every hour of $25 and maximum of 6 hours NOT one day. I booked and paid at Expedia knowing for one day when check in the hotel was only for 6 hours so I added $150 for the next 6 hours it was misleading. The property was very nice and clean. "We stayed here as a family of four and found the room very small, with limited space to move around comfortably. There was no clothes storage in the room, making it difficult to unpack and keep things organised, and there was also no iron available. Overall, the room felt cramped and didn’t have a great vibe for a family stay. It may be suitable for a short visit for one or two people, but families may find the room size and lack of storage challenging."

"Very handy location"

"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

"Very clean and comfortable stay! Drinking water is available and the room has filtered water which was great. There were a lot of pools and have a great view. However, they had some construction during our stay so we couldn’t use all the pools. Staff were helpful, location was near the tourist areas and food spots. Would recommend!"
