"The young lady at the front desk was very kind. That is where the pros end. The room was dirty. The sheets were stained and even had crumbs and dirt in them indicating that the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. I slept on top on the blankets and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. The cleaning staff should be throughly assessed for quality. They clearly don’t put much effort into cleaning the rooms. The bathroom wall had mold growing on it. I don’t typically complain about...

"Room was very nice (1 king bed suite), very spacious with a wet bar in the kitchenette and a table and chairs for 2. The only minor issue we had was some previous damage to the door hinge, causing it to hit the wall as it closed. The other hotel amenities were nice, the weight room looked nice and was clean, pool area was alright, could be cleaner but not bad. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was ok, but the TV didn't work, there was no working WiFi and maintenance going on made it tough to manage with ladders and workers in the way. Dusty conditions due to the work was not ideal for what was supposed to be a peaceful weekend!"

"The driver that picked us up from the airport was not pleasant at all . It seem like he was having a very bad day or we were inconvenient him. I have never been to a hotel that only had one plunger. My niece toilet was overflowing in the morning about 1:30 am and the receptionist told her to come downstairs to get a plunger and it was broken . The security guard went upstairs with her to assist."

"The hotel was in an area drivable to downtown, hotel parking lot was gated, Hotel rooms were clean, solid walls. The room was nice and quiet."
