"Paid in full for two rooms at the beginning of June for my stay at the end of August. I called the day of my stay and spoke with someone at the front desk and advised them that myself and my 5 coworkers would be checking in around midnight which we were advised was not a problem at all. We showed up at around 11:45pm and Priest was at the front desk and he let us know that they sold one of our rooms because his manager told him “first come first serve” even though we paid 3 months in advance....

"Just didn’t like the place"

"The room was clean but for some reason every time we left and returned the AC temp was turned up, the room was too warm for my liking AND I had to have my door keys re-programmed every single day! It’s was very frustrating to have to make multiple trips from the 4th floor trying to get into my room!"

"Property has a lot of unpleasant odors. Hotel room was dirty. Hotel lacked security and was located in bad part of town. I wish I knew that before I booked it. Then manager was super sweet and helpful. I feel bad writing anything negative because she really did try to make the stay pleasurable."
