"We were turned away at 2:30 because our room wasn’t ready. 4:00, we were told. We came back at 4:00 and found the room was clean and cool. Very comfortable bed. Not impressed with the limited TV channels. (We like the Flavour and Food network!) No fan in the bathroom, which I thought was odd, and there should be a rubber mat so guests can avoid slipping. Also there were only two bath towels. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, kudos to the chef who kept the steam trays...

"The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious. The place it self is stunning, although you cannot really see the view of the lake but you can peak thru the restaurant. The food are so good, the serving is big. Their pancakes are so delicious. I will recommend this place."

"Clean room, lovely hot tub, kitchen had everything we needed. The common area was a nice place to relax and meet other guests."

"Bed and pillows were super comfy. Loved the little balcony. Shower was great but the vanity needs to be updated. Everything was super clean and the view was nice. The town in general is quaint and exceptionally clean. Would definitely book again."

"The hotel was nice. The breakfast was standard fare for a place that offers it - a good variety of choices although fruit choices could be better (only had apples and bananas), they ran out of bacon an hour before breakfast ended one day. Had a coffee bar 24/7. The pool was small and didn’t look particularly clean although my 8 year old granddaughter enjoyed it anyhow. Two complaints I had were the curtains didn’t work properly and so blackout curtain only went half way up because of the chain....
