"Great customer service"

"The sink and toilet drainage were not good. It took minutes for the water to drain from the sink. As well, the shower had practically no pressure. When I booked my room I asked for accessibility and I was given a room the absolute furthest away from the elevator. The floors were not swept well."

"Renovations not complete but otherwise good!"

We travelled with a toddler and a baby and she did above and beyond to make sure when we had to change rooms to be smooth and easy.
