"I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service"

"The floor was leaking in the bathroom for some reason, and the tv or phone didn’t work"

"Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin."

"Bloodstains , ant stains"

"This was the nasties place ive ever been at in austin so far. Dont go head there was roaches. EVERYWHERE. Staff was really nice tho i dont blame them but this place needs a make over."

"Great place to stay conveniently located. Everything is around you that you might need. There’s 2 things first I would say would be when we were at the pool. I had a three granddaughters and one of their friends and people probably around five people. Three kids parked and came in the pool, but they never went inside as if maybe somebody worked there that they knew, and they came swimming there because they definitely did not have a room there. The second would be. They have no handicap...

"DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel."

"Not well maintained paint chipping off every where. Turned on room heater , smoke detectors went off. Had to sleep in the cold. Bathtub not properly cooked leaks.phone to room unplugged can’t image why. And staff insisted on charging my card for incidentals which they do not have any incidentals. Room is unsafe police cars coming in and out of parking lot siren all night"

"Like: Nearby restaurants And shopping Disliked: Broken door and door knob of bathroom Not a good breakfast even for a continental one. Coffee and bagel only.... Smells like mold in rooms, poorly maintained. Full Toilet paper roll was covering a vent hole from the bathroom ceiling. Rust, hair strands in the sink, and shower. Plastic yellow bag covering a fire alarm. If you have first or second floor you can hear anyone walking and talking. Above all TV only has 3 channels, no basis cable nor...
