"I was very disappointed in the fact of how early the pool closed the whole reason I stayed at that hotel instead of a nicer one were my son had stayed was because it has a hot tub but I never got to use it because it closed at 10 that's way too early especially when I had to pay an extra $10 to even park there which I don't understand at all I rented your room were I also have to pay to park and didn't get to enjoy the hot tub yeah I don't think I'll be staying again"

There appeared to be an AC unit or other mechanical equipment directly above our room making loud, constant noise throughout the night—so loud that we could barely sleep. We contacted the front desk hoping for a solution.
