"Room was great, but advertised as having an in unit washer/dryer. This was not the case. Had we known this we would have booked our stay elsewhere and saved some money and frustration."

She didn’t say anything this twice and on Sunday after every one left for the day , I was afraid to go out that once again I would be locked out. "We used to come here all the time, but hadn’t been here for about 10 years. The check-in was great. Our flight was early so she got us checked in by 1 o’clock. It was sad that the place has not updated anything as far as their rooms. Pull out couch in living room has many stains and kind of gross looking. We put a sheet on it before we sat down. "Although we did not choose to stay at our hotel because there was little to do around the hotel for 4 teenage boys the customer service was wonderful. Val was amazing and understanding! It is a wonderful option if you have a family with littler children, want to cook your own meals and enjoy thr pool set back from a breathe taking beach! Place was spacious !"

"First of all, I have over 50 pictures and four videos to prove that this place is one of the biggest frauds I’ve ever seen on a reservation site. Do not be misled by their fake pictures. I drove up and saw the building was much older than it appears in the beautiful pictures online. I went to my room, which was room and the door has a lock that does not work. You walk inside it smelled funny. As I begin to look around, I noticed all of the appliances were dirty and old. I opened the cabinets....
