"We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming during our check-in. I am giving this property 3 stars because it seems to lack proper maintenance. The floors were in poor condition, and the key never worked properly. The bedding also wasn’t made or arranged very well. The hotel does offer complimentary coffee from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., which was a nice touch."
