"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "Everything was as to be expected from Hyatt"

"The hotel was friendly and inviting. Good lighting. Good neighborhood. Hotel smelled nice. Our room was really clean a and nicely appropriated with lots of pillows. Staff was great. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!"

"I was given a room opposite to the gym, and next to the laundry room. It was so noisy that I did not sleep well. The breakfast was less than the Fairfield grade. The hotel does NOT live up to the Fairfield name. Beware and stay away."
