"The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bedsheets were stained. We asked for a refund, but unfortunately, since the room was prepaid, that was not an option. We agreed to switch rooms instead. The second room was slightly better, but overall, the experience was still disappointing."

There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time."

"I was given a room opposite to the gym, and next to the laundry room. It was so noisy that I did not sleep well. The breakfast was less than the Fairfield grade. The hotel does NOT live up to the Fairfield name. Beware and stay away."

"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

There was no shower gel nor hand soap or iron in my room on arrival but the staff on duty got them for me. I had to cancel the rest of my stay because it wasn’t what I was expecting."
