"Comfortable and quiet and a reasonable stay"

"Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper."

"The receptionist was in a bad mood when asked questions he was answering rude, the toilet bottom had stains and the sink had a funky smell."

"They advertised having a bar, but what they have is a beer and wine dispenser. You have to put money on a card and use it at the machine. If you don’t use all the money it is not refunded. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms"

"Place was run run down in the middle of an upscaled neighborhood - I assumed it would be much better especially with an 8/10 rating. THERE WAS A DOG BARKING ALL NIGHT TWO DOORS DOWN! And one guest had an ankle monitor. Never again."

"Parking was good, and we liked the location. Breakfast was also good. No complimentary water at check in, and lobby store is very expensive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub had no mat and only one vertical grab bar, so was risky for me. The pool was a disappointment for me. I use the pool as therapy for my bad legs. I can't use a ladder, need steps to get in/out. So we might stay again for short stay but not longer ones at the holidays. "

"I have family nearby in Naperville. It's nice to have a little home away from home at Hyatt House. Fanta, at the front desk is one of our favorite employees. One issue is that the suite rooms have blackout curtains but a separate window with blinds that I can't get dark enough for the morning if I want to sleep in."

"Ok hotel overall but room layout was horrible. Half the bathroom is out in the open and you can't stand in the bathroom and close the door hardly past the toilet. TV was old and didn't work. AC was great and worked for the most part but I probably wouldn't stay in a room like this again."

"The room was great, the facility was great, breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, kitchen was stocked well, the PM guest attendant(at the front desk) was wonderful. BUUUUTTTT, as other reviewers have stated, they DO not clean your room during your stay. When we checked in, we were asked if wanted every other day service, since we were staying for a bit. We confirmed that's indeed what we would like. I even confirmed the morning of, that our room would be serviced. Because I read the...

"Was good except the room rug has a dust smell "

"Check in and check out easy. Did not get any Breakfast. Plenty of parking. Room was clean. Noise mostly ok, but basketball court next door, people playing a bit late."

"We were given a room next to the pool and workout room and it shared a wall with the housekeeping laundry. It was therefore a very noisy room!"
