"Our room and the elevator carpets really smelled. Also the mattresses at this hotel are very uncomfortable."

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "The hotel was friendly and inviting. Good lighting. Good neighborhood. Hotel smelled nice. Our room was really clean a and nicely appropriated with lots of pillows. Staff was great. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!"

Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. The room did not smell clean and we very quickly noticed that the room was so disgustingly dirty. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned in a very long time. "The hotel was ok. When we got there there were unexpected fees. Also, they said they had no room available at first, but after talking to them they were able to get us some. Busted up cars parked in the parking lot also was kind of concerning."
