"We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. The room did not smell clean and we very quickly noticed that the room was so disgustingly dirty. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned in a very long time.
