"We were surprised that there was no opportunity to store bags. Also, no lamps on bedside tables. Very dim light over the bed - too dim for reading. More like a glow for ambiance. The check-in desk is enclosed in bulletproof glass with the attendant behind it. Transactions take place by passing money or a credit card through a small slit.
It made us nervous about the neighborhood.
The room was clean but the bathroom was very old.
The bed was wonderful as were the towels.

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
