Perfect place to stay for a night or two where you just need a bed to sleep in. Property was clean and well maintained and the rooms were updated enough to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are small but it's enough space to hold your bags/luggage. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Location is very close to a subway stop and everything else downtown Brooklyn has to offer.

Because land in Brooklyn is at a premium, the hotel rooms are small. I’m glad we had a Small terrace ( with a big vent in the middle of it) to wander out to & see the skyline. It really helped open up the room. In the morning, the black out curtains kept our room dark until we awoke. Our towels were changed daily. We were walking distance to Prospect Park and good restaurants. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Industrialist. It’s a quiet neighborhood and good value. The bathrooms finishes were very high quality, which is something I always appreciate. And the staff was incredibly professional and helpful through checkin and when I needed a little help recovering a lost item after checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect place right near Barclays! Rooms are small, as expected (it’s NY!), but was very clean and well kept. Was very happy with the experience from the helpful front desk folks to the room being what it needed to be for a couple nights in BK. Saved and will be back!
