"I had a room that’s just been refurbished. It’s so much nicer than before. Other floors currently being refurbished. Parking can be a nightmare driving around because the car park is used by gym members. Food good. Staff great and helpful and the gym is great too. Cheers"

"Room hadn't been cleaned properly. Teaspoon was smeared with dried yoghurt or something similar. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, suspicious mark/spillage on floor and dirty toilet seat. Glass had toothpaste remains in the bottom."

"Great stay, lovely polite stay and facilities why brilliant. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms finished to a good standard. Beds were comfortable. Only downside would be maybe some of the soundproofing between rooms especially where there is an adjoining door. Whilst in bed the sound of the light switches in the neighbouring room could be heard. Saying that I’d easily stay here again."

"Room were very clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Large choice at breakfast and everything was cooked to perfection. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus. We've stayed at a number of Crowne Plaza hotels but I have to say Nottingham is our favorite. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"Literally used it as a bed for the night and a shower! Not in the hotel much, only stayed one night. However, it was lovely. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, easy to check in and out. Good location, parked at the train station and walked from there. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would recommend, and stay there again.Thank you."
