"Disappointing and Overpriced Stay The breakfast was exactly the same every day and became boring after two days, especially during a longer stay. There are no in-room breakfast facilities. "Lovely room with view of the lake, iron & ironing board, coffee machine and kettle were much appreciated. Didn’t have breakfast but it was reasonably priced. Free parking and plenty of space, felt safe."

"Easy check in. Parking requires permit Mon-Sat 9-5, listing just says free parking. Check in was 3pm on Saturday but luckily we checked in later. Sleeps up to 6 but seating for only 3 in lounge and 4 in kitchen. Cleanish but certainly room for improvement. Basic and functional to put our heads down for the night but no more ."

"Lovely proprietor. Cooked breakfast was great, a pity that on last day we couldn't have it because of staffing problem. Attractively decorated property"

"Good size room, clean and comfortable. Really helpful staff."

"You know what you're going to get from a Holiday Inn, so 5 starts indicate everything I expected was delivered as well as I might have hoped. Friendly, efficient staff, a comfortable room, a very good breakfast. Location great if you want to be on the edge of things, rather than right in the middle."

"Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can."

"Great city centre hotel, spacious room, and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again if visiting Nottingham."
