Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. "Didn’t like broken door sliding lock, stained and dirty covers on bed, bathroom toilet had baby seat, light fixture had no cover and grass hadn’t been cut in a while. Likes are air conditioning works great. Never again!"

"They charge extra for everything I never got new towels or anything because they charge. I never got a good night sleep one cause it was always loud and people stomping and slamming doors. And the room was very hot air conditioning never worked. I have asthma and because it was so hot I had the worst time breathing."
