"Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"

"We have stayed at this property over decades. At least 25 times. We have had many excellent visits. Not so much this time. After we checked in (two rooms x 4 nights), we were told the rooms would not be serviced the first night due to lack of cleaning staff. Then after the second night the rooms were still not serviced. When we advised the front desk, they said they would make a note, but did nothing to correct the situation. We complained to two different staff members the third...
