"The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. "It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"We book for 4 of is and the room we were given was a King with a pull out sofa. They told us it was out fault even though my confirmation says 2 queen beds. "

"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. "Only issue is that there was major construction happening in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance for cars and creating loud noises during the day. I would likely have chosen another hotel knowing this information beforehand."

"Can’t spend much time in the hotel, but was always cleaned. Pretty decent location right in the main strip pool and lounge area was nice. Small gym area didn’t get to try it out but look functional."

"Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan. "
