Check in was a terrible experience, the sign on the door said they would be back in ten minutes but turned out someone was there so waited for no reason. The the guy couldn’t figure out my name so he nicked my phone and started scrolling through it until I forced him to give it back. "The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night. Thanks 1 Hotel :)"
