"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave . The pool was beautiful and very relaxing . The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well . The food was good and the staff were friendly. "It’s a decent hotel but surrounded by industrial land uses. So, while it is close to the City Center its doesn’t feel walkable or particularly safe. We ended up taking cabs. There are two elevators but only one worked and it is small so the mornings were chaotic. I never saw anyone fixing the elevator, which was strange. It was like they didn’t care that only one small elevator worked,"

Every one of the staff were so nice and welcoming, The breakfast was amazing, we also had lunch and dinner a couple of times and those were lovely too. "The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."
