"Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. "Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. "We had a wonderful stay. The staff helped us check in early and stored our luggage so we could go to activities until our room was ready. The staff could not have been more helpful. "I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"
