"Needs better maintenance. The sink backed up after someone in another room emptied sand down the drain. My sink was full of caked dark sand in the morning and generally the place needs repainting. For the price it was not luxury as expected and the billing department charged me an extra $300 for parking by mistake and if I didn’t wait extra long in person two days later (what if I flew out of Hawaii?) their oversight would have made the place a one-star for the price they charged. "the room we stayed in is kinda old. its somehow clean. but the vicinity is 100% SUPERB! 2mins walk to Waikiki beach. left and right stores and food place which is really plus for us! and also the staff are super nice and super helpful!! so overall i can say 8/10 they really need to upgrade the rooms. but if your like us. who's always out during your stay. this hotel is a winwin!!"

"The property is nice and in a good location if you don’t want to stay in Waikiki or downtown. I was disappointed in how expensive the parking was ($42 a night).
