"It started when i saw enough employees to check in the guest. Each employee was familiar with the property so it was easy to get to your location of interest if you needed help. The view was excellent and the room was spacious. The only knock that I had is that there was no microwave in my room and no restaurant in my building. "

"We loved this hotel! We had stayed at their sister hotel Hyatt Place for 5 nights prior and wished we had just booked the entire stay at Hyatt Regency. The toilet bidet was a big hit and the view was incredible. They switched us to a full ocean view at our request and it was so worth the extra money. Everyone was kind to us and we really enjoyed our stay. "
