"オーシャンフロントの部屋で予約しました。 クローゼットのドアを開ければお風呂からでも海が見えるという特別感がありました。 黙っていれば日に２回はハウスキーピングに来てくれるので、ゴミが溜まったり、水がなくなったりとかなく、常に良い状態をキープできました。水は本当にドンドン追加してくれるので、買う必要なかったです。 トイレがまぁまぁ排水管臭いのと、お風呂の水圧が低めなのが若干残念ですが、改装したとは言え、根っこは古い建物ですので致し方ないかなと思います。 お店によっては、あまり感じの良くない接客の方も若干数いましたが、おおよそ気持ちの良い応対で、誇りをもって対応してくださる品格を感じました。"

"Location is good but beds are old, hard and very uncomfortable. There was always some kind of noise in the room so never had a quiet sleep. Rooms are a little too small. We had no WIFI any of the days that we stayed there. Staff was pleasant. Hotel located in a great location walking distance to shopping places and lots of restaurants!"

"We had 3 rooms in the Mahalani tower 2nd floor. Very nice rooms with view of ocean and pool. The staff and food were both excellent. Breakast at Surf Lanai was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. "

"The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The new renovated rooms in the Tower wing were also very nice. One caveat is the Beach Bar has live music and goes until 10pm so if you have an ocean view or ocean front or diamond head facing room- you will hear it. The beach umbrella rentals book fast so you should try and reserve them early before you travel. "

"The location was perfect - just one block from the beach with stunning views of the park, beach, skyline and sunsets. The property was super clean, and the newly renovated rooms are nicely laid out and have everything needed. The hotel location is just off the strip, so quieter and perhaps a little less busy. The staff was very friendly and worked to make our stay exceptional. Loved the extra water they brought every day and the evening turn-down service. Overall, I would highly recommend this...

"Location is amazing. Can see the ocean and mountains from the same balcony. Room had washer and dryer which was very handy. Kitchen was stocked enough for us to make breakfast and lunch. Very clean"

"It was a nice hotel. I made the mistake of thinking it was in the beach. But it was right across. There was a prom event where I was told 500 people attended. Not sure if that number was right but the garage was full and had to valet. It was so busy that it took 30 mins to get to the hotel…from 3 blocks away. Wish they would have warned guests. "
