"Robert at the front desk was amazing!!! This is what customer service looks like! He made everything so smooth, and check in for my daughter and daughter n law was effortless, 10/10 definitely worth every cent and will be returning. Lastly but definitely not least the cleaning staff and all working so hard to make food for everyone a big thank you! Especially , housekeeper Monica for going above and beyond to help my daughter with what she needed . Highly recommended it"

"We had a bit of a hiccup with the room we originally booked which wasn't available. The staff were great to deal with and offered alternative options to compensate us. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was lovely and clean, however the location was a bit noisy for us. Overall a good location to Fishmans Wharf."
