"Over all it was a nice stay and the staff were very nice. The only complaint the husband had was the shower head felt dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the pool felt slimy on the stairs. Laundry services were nice and clean and breakfast was good. It was a pretty quiet stay"

"This is probably the best hotel in Freeport since it’s right in town and has a big parking lot. Parking is free but you must get a tag from the front desk. Another helpful amenity is bar which stays open til 11pm. Overall the room was basic but offered everything you need. I wish breakfast was included however they charge $20 for a breakfast buffet that most other chain hotels offer for free."

"It was just ok. Every time I walked in the lobby I felt like the floors were never clean. We had issues with our toilet, it was wobbly and didn’t flush half the time. The pillows are not comfortable at all, I usually don’t have issues with it but the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Also thought it was weird how they made their bed…. They had a bed skirt as a sheet…."

"Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. "Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby."
