"Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed my stay and would come back to this hotel the next time I’m in NYC or New Jersey! "

"This hotel was very conveniently situated to get to the airport. It had a restaurant that served until 10pm and a very nice breakfast buffet. The coffee was not too good.
The staff was helpful. The room was very large and looked like it was new. For being in a noisy city, it was also very quiet."
