"This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. "

"Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. The lights outside all around the property were so bright it felt like it was daylight at 10pm. I'm sure it's for security purposes but man, it was blindingly bright. Felt like overkill. "The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...
