"One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. There was someone elses hair near the toilet, heavy dust on all of the floor molding, and toothpaste marks on the mirror from a previous guest. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes."

"Unfortunately the property environment is not ideal for families with small children. People were smoking there most of the times, even the blankets have cigarette burnt holes which they haven’t changed. Beds are squishy, likely to get back pain. The room itself smells bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends."

"According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts."

However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG."
