"Overall very nice accommodation and the shuttle driver was very nice. However, whoever actually manages the property really needs to do better with communication. The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. I had to try to contact them multiple times and also had to reach out to hotels.com multiple times. Iโve been to Japan to snowboard before, I donโt need my hand held. However, traveling...
