"This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!"

"There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded."

"This hotel is both budget and kid friendly. We came to Birmingham for a doctors visit, and chose this hotel because it has a close proximity to the interstate. I have two special needs children, and my youngest was having a hard time understanding why he could not go swimming. He expresses his frustrations with screaming, and I was so scared we was going to get kicked out; however, it was the exact opposite of that. The lady at the front desk reassured me that she understood, and we were okay. There were some other guests that offered assistance, and were very caring in checking on us. As a single mother this place made me feel like I was doing things right... and anytime we visit Birmingham we will stay here!"
