"I am only giving it 4 stars because I wasn't able to actually get to the hotel. Unfortunately, I'm going through a huge transition in my life, and I barely made it outside and so I missed my opportunity (and lost money) to see what the hotel was like. It looks really nice and if I have the opportunity to go to it, I'll hopefully be able to actually rate it properly."
