"We liked being on ground floor and at end of hall at A133. First time visit here and will come again to stay. There are three of us and like the idea of two bedrooms being separate. A little confused as you offer two chairs with umbrella with the unit and we did buy extra chair since there are three of us. Not sure what the reserved got us each day at the beach."

"Where to start…the only upside was the bar and cafe were close by the beach. Condo unit was badly outdated with bulky furniture that made it difficult to move around. Master bath shower head sprays water on the ceiling and straight out the door if it’s not pointed correctly. The elevators were broke down majority of the time we were there making it take a very long time to catch one. The private beach area is small and with all the rows of rentals set chairs taking up most of the beach area. You...

"Great property and we will definitely stay again at Sterling Shores. The pool and grounds were amazing and easy access to the beach and good restaurants. It would have been nice if this unit provided a few more things like beach towels since not everyone is driving with these essentials and can bring them. Not a huge deal Overall it was an amazing unit and we had a great time, even with Tropical Storm Bertha!"

"There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. The recliner in the property was broken upon arrival and the unit we ended up in did not appear nearly as nice as any of the pictured units when booking. This is my first bad experience using expedia, i want to say the issue lies more...

"We had an amazing family vacation at Waterscape! The resort was clean, beautiful, and extremely family-friendly. We absolutely loved the pools, lazy river, and easy beach access. The location was perfect, and having so much to do right at the resort made our trip relaxing and fun. We made some great family memories here and would definitely stay at Waterscape again. Highly recommend it for families visiting Fort Walton Beach!"

"Seamless entry/exit & all door codes + wifi password communicated prior to arrival. Very clean & great beachfront view. Easy access to beach chairs & umbrella. My only knock is the bed was hard but other than that it was a wonderful stay & I'd come again."
