"Great Location"

"The pictures online were great, the location was really good. There was a smell when we came in that was not good. When we used the washing machine the smell was worse. The air filters were very dirty. The shower/bath were old and didn’t feel clean, The condominium building itself needed lots of upkeep. If you are an early gym riser note that you cannot access the gym until 7:30 it’s locked up."

"Everything was fantastic! We will be staying here again!"

"Pros: property was spacious and clean; great location; easily accessible to restaurants and activities; communications with the property manager excellent. Cons: upstairs air didn’t work during our stay; ceiling fans in living room also inoperable. House came with one magnetic key card to access beach, which, with a group of people posed problems. Found out late in week that there was a code for the gate that could be used. Would’ve been nice to know at outset. "

"Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could."
