Everything was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, great AC, helpful and nice staff. The only thing I could think that would need improvement is the elevators, they are slow, but knowing that just prepare and give yourself extra minutes.

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel
We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy ...
