"The property was good the staff was warm and welcoming. We booked our room last minute and the only room left for our family of 4 was a king beg and a pull-out/couch bed. The couch bed was the most uncomfortable bed for our kids. The kids ended up sleeping in bed with us.
The property was wonderful, but the room was very dusty as if it wasn't cleaned a while. All in all, it was just a one night stop and served it's purpose."

"breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible."

"Easy check in, Clean room, breakfast was good Cozy bed and amazing pillows. The only complaint would be the water pressure was like zero. I had to stand under the flow of the shower to take one. Everything else was amazing! Super easu access to downtown. We stayed for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. Good parking. You have access to a bus right across the parking lo that will take you downtown. Really nice place!"
