"This is NOT a good stay! And the service even worse. Clearly at one point this was a vibrant bustling hub, when we stayey it was an absolute Ghost town. I was emailed to check in online, a bumpy process to say the leaset. After wasting 20 minutes on it I was told just to check in at the hotel. I saw 2 staff members for the duration of the stay, one told me to pay fo parking, the other told me it was free. I didnt take the chance and paid the overpriced parking, despite the underground...

"Purchased through Expedia. My wife's father passed away and they would not reply to any of our messages and Expedia would not help with a credit or refund. Even with a death in the family. We never made it to our vacation. Sad that no one cared enough to get back to us in such a terrible family moment."

"Where to begin. The staff were all super friendly and polite and the lifts work quickly, I think thats about where the good points end. The hotel is utterly falling apart. The main reception is relatively well maintained and clean looking, the other attached reception is abandoned, falling apart, the bar and resturaunt is closed and abandoned, the main door doesn't work, missing carpets with exposed rotting ply-wood on the floor and walls with random bits of rubbish and broke furniture spread...

"It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us."

"Super convenient in central Aberdeen, across fro mthe tarin/bus stations. If convenience and affordability is a prority; this fitts the bill. Rooms are a bit dated, had a tiny single bed, but it was OK. No lift; stairs only. You open 3 locked doors to enter the room, so it is quite secure. Avoid rooms on the east side of the hotel if you will be there on a friday or saturday night as the adjacent club has loud sing-along karaoke. No lobby, just a window to check in, but otherwise the stafff...
